Contract

We are excited you chose us for your party entertainer. we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to hold the date of your party.
just to give you a brief description of our business we come into your home or place where your party is being held , we must have a Clean and Open Spot so we can set up furniture . Please allow 15-30 minutes to set up. I may  have at least one assistant to help pamper your child and her guest to make them feel like a little "princess" that they are. Every Thing we do is for the child experience.Although we use real nail dryers & foot tubs ,  we" DONOT "do real manicure's and pedicure's. if the child has a broken-hang nail we may file and clip the nail if needed . Please note that Here at Kel's Spa Doll Up Diva's we use all friendly kids products and we "Are Not" Responsible for any allergic reactions . we ask that you check with the parents of each child before we began working with them. we also ask that we be paid in full upon arrival for security reasons.
We take Cash or Checks made Payable to Rickelle Noel , If paying with a check you must pay a week in advance.
